COMPUTER AIDED FACILITIES MANAGEMENT (CAFM)
SIAC FM's CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system provides the link between the administrative work and operations by:
Providing a comprehensive planning and scheduling system to maintain and manage all assets as well as ensure that the Client has real time access at all times.
Developing and maintaining all of Client's asset management functions.
The system is also equipped with a mobile application providing agility, flexibility and control.
SIAC FM's Performance Management System measures each provider's individual performance and collective performance.
The performance reporting is automated through an integrated and documented approach within the CAFM system.
We are using IBM Maximo CAFM software. We integrate, connect and manage property, assets, people and costs across your entire organization from an easy-to-use central hub.
Our CAFM software also helps you address, adapt, and overcome issues in real-time with your company-wide visibility.
24X7 OFF-SITE HELPDESK SUPPORT
SIAC FM provides 24x7 off-site Helpdesk support and back up, with our own fully bilingual operators managing all clients' requests.

FACADE INSPECTIONS BY DRONE
